Shopowner’s Top Concerns
Here is something I wrote for the January issue of Aftermarket News. It is based on a survey of shopowners we did in 2021, asking them about their top concerns about their shop. Two things keeping them up at night – the increased complexity of vehicle repairs, and finding and hiring qualified technicians.
